Socks and scarves
However, yesterday my dpns came in the mail, so today I started on a pair of socks for Scott. I am so excited about knitting socks again! I got some wonderful Yarn Bee yarn from Hobby Lobby called Hint of Silk and it is beautiful to work with! I also bought some Yarn Bee Fresh Haven yarn to knit me some socks. I'm all about socks this Fall.
I had Scott fell the Hint of Silk yarn that I'm making his socks with and he loved it! He seems really excited about getting a pair of handmade socks. That makes me more excited about knitting them.

My Hogsmeade Hat
Hogsmeade Hat for Scott
Wednesday, September 26, 2018
In the beginning
I've been knitting since 2003. I love to knit! A friend of mine from Master Gardeners taught me how. I love to knit hats the most. They are fun and quick. I've knitted socks, bags, shawls and scarves. I mainly knit for others, but I have a few hats, a scarf and a bag that I've knitted for myself.
I do a lot of other crafts too. I like to scrapbook, do floral arrangement, quilt/sew, make jewelry and I want to get into making face/body scrubs.
